තුවාල ලැබූ රැඳවියා මේ වන විටත් හදිසි ශල්යකර්මයකට භාජනය කරමින් පවතින අතර, රෝහල් පරිශ්රයේ ආරක්ෂාව තර කර ඇත. වෙඩි තැබීම සිදු කළ පුද්ගලයන් කවුරුන්ද යන්න මෙතෙක් අනාවරණය වී නොමැති අතර පොලිසිය වැඩිදුර පරීක්ෂණ පවත්වයි.
Prison Inmate Shot at Nagoda Teaching Hospital: Seriously Injured
A prison inmate receiving treatment at the surgical ward of the Nagoda Teaching Hospital was shot early this morning (December 31) around 6:00 AM. The hospital director confirmed that the inmate sustained a serious gunshot wound to the abdominal area.
The victim is currently undergoing emergency surgery. Security has been tightened within the hospital premises following the incident. Police have launched an extensive investigation to identify the gunmen and determine the motive behind the attack.
